You pay one flat platform fee per organization, per month. Then you add user seats for the people who actually run Playbooks. Everyone else can view and consume Playbooks for free.
Standard seats ($25/user/mo) are for team members who run Playbooks regularly with 1x AI Capacity. Power seats ($150/user/mo) are for analysts and heavy users with 10x AI Capacity.
AI Capacity determines how much AI-powered processing each user can access. Standard users get 1x capacity, while Power users get 10x. You can monitor your usage, including percentage used and daily activity, directly within eyko Beats.
No. Playbook views are completely free and unlimited. You can share Playbooks throughout your organization at no cost. You only need a paid user seat when someone wants to run Playbooks, which means triggering AI-powered execution against your live data.
A view is opening and reading a Playbook. Anyone in your organization can do this for free. A run is an AI-powered execution that generates fresh analysis from your connected data. Runs require a paid user seat.
