All three plans include the full eyko platform: Playbooks, Conversations, Pulses, and Skills. The tiers differ in how you connect your data. Standard works with files. Premium adds MCP server connections. Custom integrates directly with your business systems and data warehouses. Standard and Premium are billed monthly with a flat platform fee per organization plus user seats. Custom is annual and priced individually. Talk to Sales for a Custom quote.
Standard seats ($25/user/mo) are for team members who run Playbooks regularly with 1x AI Capacity. Power seats ($150/user/mo) are for analysts and heavy users with 10x AI Capacity.
Standard ($1,500/mo) is for teams who want to run Playbooks against their own files (Excel, CSV, TXT, PDF). Premium ($2,500/mo) adds MCP server connections, priority support, and advanced platform features. Custom is for enterprises that need eyko connected directly to their business systems and data warehouses (ERP, CRM, Snowflake, BigQuery, and so on), with bespoke onboarding and integration. Custom is priced individually based on scope.
AI Capacity determines how much AI-powered processing each user can access. Standard users get 1x capacity, while Power users get 10x. You can monitor your usage, including percentage used and daily activity, directly within eyko Beats.
No. Playbook views are completely free and unlimited. You can share Playbooks throughout your organization at no cost. You only need a paid user seat when someone wants to run Playbooks, which means triggering AI-powered execution against your live data.
A view is opening and reading a Playbook. Anyone in your organization can do this for free. A run is an AI-powered execution that generates fresh analysis from your connected data. Runs require a paid user seat.
The prices shown ($1,500/mo Standard, $2,500/mo Premium) are introductory rates. You have 3 months from signup to convert to an annual commitment and lock in today's pricing. Standard rates apply from month 4 onward if you stay monthly.
