This Privacy Notice describes how eyko ("our," "we") collects, uses, and shares personal information via its website and online services which post this notice (collectively, our "Services"). eyko's Services include our SaaS platform, which lets businesses connect, blend, analyze, clean, and report on data from their business systems.
We collect information you choose to give us and other information that may be automatically collected from your use of our Services, including from your device. We use that information to operate our Services and for various purposes described below.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that cannot be identified to any individual, household, or their devices. If you are an individual, please note that our business customers may input personal information about you into our Platform. We do not control the data elements our business customers choose to provide through our Platform.

Microsoft may collect personal data from individuals who visit our site, and Microsoft may use this information for their own purposes, including for advertising. With our business customers if your information is collected through our Platform on their behalf. In addition, we permit our business customers to connect and share information with third parties through our Platform.

Please note that some of these service providers may store your personal information subject to their own privacy policies. For example, we use Stripe and Xero to process invoices and payments. Your personal information may be stored and subject to the privacy policies published by those entities.

Update Personal Information: If you are a business customer, you may sign in to your account with us to access or correct certain information that you have provided to us.
Marketing Communications: You may receive marketing information from us. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us at unsubscribe@eyko.io. Please note that even if you opt out, we may still send you transactional emails.
Cookies: You have a number of choices regarding certain cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may modify your browser's setting to notify you of cookie placement or decline cookies. If you choose not to accept cookies, you may not be able to use certain features of our Services.
If you are in the European Union, we obtain your consent before collecting any personal data through cookies or similar tracking technologies, including data collected by Microsoft Clarity. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time through our cookie consent banner.
