As a marketing leader at eyko, I live and breathe data daily. I examine ad spend, impressions, clicks, leads, SQLs, ad and keyword performance across channels including email, web, and social media. I use dashboards in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools to track key metrics. They provide snapshots of current activity. As our business grows, I need better methods to identify opportunities hidden in data. How can I improve ROI, increase email opens and clicks, boost engagement and leads? What insights lie within my data?
That's when I turned to AI-driven analytics in eyko. Instead of presenting only historical data, the eyko AI assistant uncovers patterns, predicts trends, and reveals insights difficult to spot in other reports. With eyko, I load data from various systems, and eyko automatically cleans and combines the information into one stream with multiple dimensions and metrics optimized for AI. Now I move beyond static dashboards and interact with all my data, seeing a bigger picture that drives better decision-making.
Now I can discover opportunities hidden within my data.
Here is a short example of insights from marketing email campaigns sent in the second half of 2024. Note that some questions could have been answered through custom HubSpot reports, but it's easier to load raw data into eyko and start a conversation with my data using the AI Assistant.
In the first question I wanted to know what job titles open the most emails, as that may indicate who is most likely to engage with future campaigns. Immediately, I saw Finance Managers, Accounting Managers, and Controllers open our emails the most. I also noticed a data quality issue with several missing job titles that needed fixing in HubSpot.

Next I wanted to know if email subject lines impact opens. From the eyko AI Assistant answer, the November newsletter, the Infocus summary, and the Hubble email received the most opens. I could then drill further by asking for the top three email subject lines opened by the Accounting Manager, or for Finance Managers and Controllers individually.

Within a few short minutes I obtained good insights into what subject lines drove more email opens, what job titles opened the most emails, and which email subject lines were opened most for each top three job title. From there I could get prescriptive insights by asking eyko to suggest good email subject lines for each of the top three job titles.

What makes eyko different from other analytics tools is its simplicity. I'm not a data scientist, and I don't have time to write complex queries. But with eyko, I don't have to. Its AI-powered insights are conversational, easy to understand, and instantly actionable. Whether I need to uncover hidden risks, optimize marketing spend, or find new growth opportunities, eyko does the heavy lifting, no technical expertise required.
If you're still relying solely on static reports or reports inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or other tools, it's time to explore AI-powered decision-making. With eyko, your data becomes more than just numbers, it becomes a roadmap to growth.

AI services like ChatGPT have taken the world by storm. But for deep analytical needs, AI is only as good as the data it's fed. Without proper curation and domain expertise, insights can be shallow or wrong.
